<p>Actually, I think not being a U.S. citizen may disqualify you from recieving a LOA or appointment from West Point. I am not a citizen yet either, but dad has his interview and test scheduled for next month! My regional officer said that West Point won’t offer me anything until I am a citizen, even though I tried explaining the rule about being a citizen on the 1st day. However, I did receive LOAs from Air Force and Navy.</p>
