<p>I’m not positive, but you might want to look into the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. They have a large music program, with majors in performance, and a minor in education, and their bass teacher specializes in electric bass. My daughter is there for musical theater, so I’m not exactly sure of the music program, but have just started looking into it for jazz performanced for my son.</p>
