Go with your gut feeling…go where you’ll be the happiest.

SoCal, you need to discover and be candid about what you like about UCSB.

Well I looked more into UCSB’s communication department, and it seems very similar to UCLA’s program. They have classes for students who want to prepare for careers in advertising, public relations, and business, so with a combination of these things, I should be fine.

Well if this where to happen, I would choose UCSB.

Thanks for all of your opinions.

UCSB. prestige is nothing compared to happiness, only lame people care about it. you live your life to gain happiness.

UCLA, you even said that you like it

if the stated goal is the entertainment industry, particularly in the film/television/music area there is no comparison between USC and UCSB, which has a very thin profile there. UCLA ranks in between. as i recall a trojan alumnus has won an academy award every year for something like 30 straight years.
