<p>And not to sound mean to any future, fellow long boarders, but PLEASE try to purchase and USE your board, before you come to Stanford. practice beforehand!
- there’s nothing more embarrassing than stumbling over your boar, pushing mongo, or in worst case, falling and dropping all your stuff.
- it gives those of us who truly love the sport and do it because it is an efficient and fun way of transportation, a bad name. I can’t even recall how much crap i’ve gotten for saying i’m going to long board at college, because I was associated with the kids who do it just because it is “cool”</p>
<p>Again, not to start strife or call anyone out, but i just am giving some useful, practical advice. Good luck on your long board adventure!</p>
