<p>Not sure if you can get college credit from these programs. My children attended during summer after freshman year of high school. Their high school offered a placement test on first day of class and both were placed in AP Spanish after the summer program. They had taken 2 years of Spanish in middle school and 2 in high school (block schedule).</p>
<p>They are both in college now, and at their colleges (Yale and Carnegie Mellon) students are required to take foreign language placement test before enrolling unless they have a 5 on AP test. So you may not receive credit but be able to place in a advanced class in college, and you can also take the AP test and aim for a 5 :)</p>
