Well the issue is that getting a masters might not help you because depending on the schools, you may have to take courses again, do rotations and pass your qualifiers. If you are already in a lab setting then try to build your skillset and get on a pub and attend meetings. Above all, network. If your lab is funded, then your PI should be able to shake a few trees for you.
Like I said, go to NIH Reporter and find schools that have T grants in areas of interest then contact the grad program heads.
