I’m glad you got to the bottom of the issue and hopefully have the score ready before Nov 1st.
I did call them and got the whole run around “pass the message to someone high up” 
. Fortunately, my D only needs the SAT subject scores for a few schools that she will apply RD , so I’m going to wait until next Friday and give them a call again.
