You have a very compelling application. You have definitely challenged yourself with your classes, and your stats and scores are quite impressive considering your relative newness to English! I think you have a great shot at Swarthmore. I really hope they take you. Get a lot of other apps ready, though, and don’t procrastinate because you need backup plans and need to spend time making your essays great. Based on what you said, and knowing about these schools, I really like Davidson, Carleton, & Hamilton for you. Please look into those three for RD as well as the other great options folks listed.
