Loyola New Orleans

Congratulations! You’re a singer right? Loyola has an excellent voice program with a long history. I think it and the university would be a good fit for you, based on your prior posts. My neighbor’s D just graduated from Loyola in December in music business (with violin as her instrument) and she got married over Christmas to a boy who was also a music major there. Both kids had a great time, lots of outside gigs in nola to earn money. Great music scene in that town, and Loyola really tries to plug you into the local music culture. In fact, if you have any interest in the music business type work (rather than straight vocal performance) you should talk to them about that.

As for performance, I know Loyola has done well recently with stuff like the MET auditions. You will get good training there. I know you’ve also applied to U Miami, and their music school is amazing, but if you weren’t happy at Tulane, I honestly doubt you’d like Miami. If I were you, I’d take Loyola. Good luck!
