If you don’t get into the Honors College now, you can join while at UM. And don’t worry, it is not as if all the super bright students are in the Honors College. Many students chose not to join, It really is not that big of a deal. And you can graduate with distinction based on your GPA too.
^^^Spot on. No one here will know/care if you are in the Honors Program. And plus you will join automatically if you want to declare an Honors major and write a senior thesis.
