Major Financial Aid Reform

i was sort of hoping for a princeton-esque loan replacement, or a reduced self help. but this i think will specifically target low income families (as opposed to helping everyone?)

bad thing is you can have an EFC of zero but still be expected to pay in excess of $6800 a year (4200 self help and 1650 summer, as a freshman). which for a yale education is incredible, but it might be hard for kids with difficult situations to come up with that.

kudos to yale on jumping on the bandwagon (and upping the harvard limit by $5000)
