<p>Engineering students…lol. DH is an engineer. Years ago there was a book with the subtitle “Honoring the Difficult.” I told him, “your people have written a book!” He never does anything the easy way.<br>
AAA? Are you kidding? He refuses to let me or any family member have a membership. He has done the math.
We do take our cars in for oil changes though. I convinced him that the good places do things like check tires, brakes, other fluids and that in the long wrong they find things that the car owner, particularly if said owner is a teenager, will miss.</p>
<p>A man has to know his limitations.
I stopped working on my cars when I drilled a hole into an impossible to fix oil line. ONly cost me $1500 and could have been much worse.</p>
