First final 4 game, WS v. Louisville, about to start… Pitino looks awful. Is his health okay? I remember he was sick a number of years ago, with urology-related issues, before the infamous affair.

I only tuned in when there were 7 minutes left. I think I jinxed WS.

Come on Michigan!

Go Blue! What a first half of basketball… Syracuse’s largest first half deficit of entire season.

Robinson and McGary for UM are from my neck of IN. Robinson went to the hs where I live, and McGary went to another school in the same conference.

Looking good at half time.

Michigan is in trouble with Big Mac on the bench and now playing with 3 fouls.

C’mon Wolverines!!!

Too tense!

Wheeewww!!!

Go blue !!!

Maybe they will rename the title game “Making McGary make free throws”.

Hail!!! (and jshain, yeah.
)

Youngest team in the tournament!

Yes…
Michigan.

Now, if the “other” Blue and Gold basketball team would win… tomorrow… the Cal women’s basketball team. Go Lady Bears!

Absolutely jshain…

It is good to see the old Maize and Blue back in the finals. My first year at Michigan (1992-1993), we made it to the finals but lost to UNC in a heartbreaker. Timeout anyone?! Hopefully, this group will be compared to the 1989 bunch! Go Blue!

Alexandre…

Just to let you know…well first a reminder that my daughter went to Michigan…

And I live in the SF bay area…

Michigan is well respected here. Well liked. There are a lot if Michigan fans here. Whenever I walk around in public wearing a Michigan sweatshirt, somebody is inevitably going to say “Go Blue” as I walk by… :).

Wolverines are everywhere. I am visiting my parents in Beirut for my father’s 80th birthday. I got a couple of “Go Blue” here as well!

Michigan has had a big impact on Silicon Valley (obviously nowhere near Stanford, Cal and MIT, but still significant), and continues to be a leader in Engineering and Information Technology, so I am not surprised that many alums live in the Bay area.

Now if we could only win one more.

Yeah…

Those two games did not disappoint. Tomorrow night should be a great final! I picked L’ville, but I am totally impressed with Michigan.
