I would like to ask what the deadlines for Master’s degrees applications are. Or when I should apply. I can’t find it on the universities’ websites. Oh well… I found a deadline that looked like 2 weeks before the course begins, but it can’t be the case, since the uni I checked has low admission rates and hence they have to have some admissions process.
Or maybe I should ask - when do the admissions open?

You should look harder. The application deadlines are usually spelled out very clearly.
For admission in the fall, master’s degree application deadlines tend to be December/January, but this can vary.
Maybe the schools you are looking at don’t offer a terminal master’s. I’d guess most schools are due between early December and February. The more selective the school, the earlier the date. That is for US schools.
For some masters programs, they offer Spring admissions, with applications due some number of months earlier. For example, for a Purdue MSE in Mechanical Engineering (Purdue ranks #8 in US), the deadline for fall admission is December 15; for spring admission the deadline is September 15. Every school will have it’s own deadlines.
