I agree that this is a very reachy list. If you don’t qualify for need based aid, you can unfortunately eliminate many of these schools. JHU, Rice, and Chicago aren’t going to be even close to affordable.
The out of state publics for your intended major are also going to be reaches, especially UT and UNC. They are both mandated to fill the vast majority of their class instate.
I’d keep UMD and Purdue on your list since while still reaches for your major, are in the ballpark for affordability and IMO, you have a shot at both.
Looks like even with your UW 3.7, you are still in the top 10% of your class so I’d talk to your GC to see where students with similar stats have been accepted in previous years.
