My nephew was also Long Island D1 track/XC. He walked on Hofstra with similar times and had to get them down freshman year to be qualified for the scholarship which was doable.
Those times could work at a variety of schools in D1-D2-D3 - it might be more a question of fit and of course shaving some time off this season
Are you also still doing steeplechase? Events like steeplechase and pole vault are more recruitable because fewer people do them.
However, the NCAA rules just changed which might work in your favor. For example previously D1 track was limited to 13 full scholarships which they divided up. The number of track and XC scholarships allowable has now increased a lot so larger schools with large endowments (read: name brand desirable schools) can afford more runners.
You should probably network with other runners who have been through this process. It’s complicated.
