Not familiar with any schools in Florida. Just googled florida tech and learned that this is a different school than UCF (university of central florida) which also has a tech-focus in the same area. thank you

Florida Tech - small school - in Melbourne - surrounded by Aero. Underrated but large international population. Great merit.

UCF - one of the biggest publics in the country - think Ohio State/Texas A&M population size - well rounded - not tech focused.

Embry Riddle in Daytona would be the closest comparator to Florida Tech although Embry Riddle is entirely aero focused.
