Hard to beat Rutgers. The only other affordable instate options would be Kean, TCNJ, Montclair, WPU and Rowan

Miami University in Ohio could be a financial fit - they offer good merit for someone with your high stats, and offer full rides. Miami has a good accounting program with many Big 4 placements, but the campus is an hour away from civilization. Rutgers might be a better choice overall.

Thanks for the suggestions! I am looking into TCNJ as well but am pretty set on Rutgers for in state as they have a new free tuition program that is need-based, not merit.
