For anyone who has taken this class, is there a review of the algebra and trig topics that we have to know? Do we have to know both pretty much top to bottom 100%? Because I have forgotten quite a bit over the summer…

Anyone?? I guess even Math 41 counts here too, since it’s the same class just faster.

Here’s the syllabus for summer 2009. The first day of class is an algebra review. =D

That was posted on the syllabus too. Probably a handout the first day of class. Maybe you could review it now before NSO and memorize it and be that far ahead of everyone else?

Haha I found that a couple days ago!! Thanks!

I wasn’t sure if they do that for the regular year courses though :S. Plus, there’s no trig review which is also a prereq for the class. The Algebra review is really easy though so I guess that’s a good sign…

If you’ve taken the typical math classes in HS then Math 19 won’t be a big deal. Math 19-21/Math 41-42 are basically calc AB/BC except a bit harder from what I understand.

I didn’t take them myself as I started with 51.
