I would like to add something to my previous post. While the focus of our math department lies on pure math, the economics department offers a number of applied math courses on its own: several statistics courses, game theory, equilibrium theory etc. Occasionally the math department offers a course on mathematical finance, or you could take it at Penn.

I am afraid that’s all I can tell you about economics at Bryn Mawr, but I will go bug a few econ friends and ask them for their input. Stay tuned!
