<p>What was the answer to that question that contained “neither” but there wasn’t a nor in the answer choice? It was in the 10 question one. i just put the first one containing or because it had to parallel “to” structure ( I think it was to forego).</p>

I’m wavering between two choices A and B ( Where the sea is unusually rich in nutrients, … (the same as the original sentence). Can anyone tell me which one is right?</p>
