<p>I think some sense needs to be knocked into the OP before s/he deserves to be issued a degree, even with all those years of work.</p>
<p>From how I personally see it, a degree is a certification of meeting a certain level of standard in doing a certain amount of work. I think there’s an integrity standard that’s probably not being met.</p>
