<p>Well, first there is still phase II, so it’s not like it’s impossible to have anyone enroll in it. Secondly, the schedule is only updated once a week, so there could be people enrolled but it hasn’t updated yet. third, it could be a Decal. Anything labeled 98 or 198 are usually for seminars and DeCal courses, and I know DeCal enrollment doesn’t show up on the Schedule website. Fourth: o wait…no, I just have 3 points.
