@Jonaerysion123 That’s an interesting point. Best I can tell, even if your mid year marks are in the application itself, you must put them in the proper checklist spot as well. This is because they determine if your application is complete first and foremost by checking that all your documents are in and in. An empty document prompt is an easy FRR for them, even if the information is present elsewhere. So, just get a copy of your mid marks on their own, and submit those.
@Jonaerysion123 You should call admissions. They are really friendly and can let you know if you are all set or need to add another document.
@thomc1 and @SwimmingDad thanks for your suggestions. I did indeed talked with a McGill representative using servicepoint. They told me to upload the marks of my pre finals when they become available.
Good luck to you. I have a U1 in the Faculty of the Arts studying Economics. He absolutely loves McGill.

12 AP’s total at the end of the year, taking 6 this year.
I’m worried because they asked for mid year grades and I will have a B in AP physics C and maybe a B+ in AP Statistics
Good luck to all applicants! I just thought I would mention that your acceptances will likely say, “Pending Final Results”, which is standard. McGill wants official final school transcripts sent at the end of the year. I have not heard of students being rescinded, but that disclaimer will be there. McGill is fantastic - congrats to those admitted!
Faculty of Arts (BA): “Admitted - Pending Final Results” (= completion of IB Diploma)
Faculty of Management (B.Com.): “Further Review Requested”, i.e. mid-year grades (4.0UW expected)
Citizenship status: Dual US & France, Colorado public High School student in IB program
GPA: 3.73UW, 4.46W
ACT: 32 (11/12 Essay…lol, English is 2nd Language?!)
SAT/Subject tests: Math II (760), French (790)
AP: have some, but whatever, IB is more rigorous and may offer more advanced standing in my case (up to 30credit hours = 1yr)
Does anybody ever get immediately rejected or does Mcgill always ask for a 12 grade report before rejecting applicants?
Further review required- Facility of arts as well as interfaculty of arts & science
GPA: 3.86(unweighed)
ACT 32
9 AP Classes
Currently taking AP Calculus BC and AP Physics C(the struggle is real)
@Proxy123 I’m not sure. To be honest, given McGill’s process most if not all of the posts here have been kids getting accepted. The only rejection I remember is when someone gets into say Faculty of Arts but gets rejected from Desautels.
It seems many students get waitlisted but outright rejections I think are low because students who are below minima simply don’t apply.
Congratulations to all accepted. Does anyone know when they start giving offers for international, non-US students?
