My Dil applied as an international with a student visa. She was accepted to 6 us MD schools and is currently attending her dream school. And no she did not have the stats posted above.
I’m only posting this info because there is so much negativity out there. I did a lot of reading for her in this journey and if we listened to the naysayers she would be nowhere in this process. If you attended a us undergrad have a great gpa and mcat you can do it. Don’t let anyone tell you you can’t. Just work hard. I will say…the real challenge is paying once you get in if you don’t have residency or citizenship.
