<p>Ok, do candidate kits go out to people which are not competitive because my scores aren’t good right now but they will be after the June 14 ACT test and the the people which did the SS application dont have to do the Pre Q right if im not mistaking and would my SS ALO be the same as my is the same as the Academy one.</p>
