<p>At public schools its not really the sex issue, like AUI said it is a safty issue. if random people can come in whats to stop those people from randomly walking out with some of your stuff? I personally like the policy at my school where anyone visiting after 9 must registar at the front desk and be escorted by the person they are visiting into the dorm area (which is locked 24/7).</p>
