Indeed, all the side effects that are listed in the prescribing information are all the symptoms that patients experienced within a certain time period after taking the vaccine. So if you are in the clinical trial and get a headache the next day, you report that to your physician and that becomes part of the record. No “proof” is needed that it was “caused” by the vaccine. That’s why the prescribing information says what percentage of patients experienced each side effect.
