<p>So I got my ID and Pin. Seems like they gave me an email address but whatever… I logged in to my briefcase. And then it had 4 steps that it said I haven’t completed yet. The first step is a form I have to fill out online (not FAFSA but another thing from Case). Is this right? I feel like I should have waited until they sent me an email or something.</p>
