Dartmouth only gives need based financial aid. Dartmouth is not need blind to international students

Should you become a Stamps Scholar after being admitted to Dartmouth you still have to figure out how to pay in order to attend.

The Stamps Scholars Program allows the most promising students an opportunity to design an experiential learning plan to build on or respond to what they’ve learned in their first and second years at Dartmouth. **Stamps Scholars have access to an enrichment fund of up to $10,000 per year, per student to engage in experiential learning opportunities that can be spread over multiple terms, during on and off terms. **

To be considered for the Stamps Scholars Program, applicants must submit a digital application form including a resume and transcript, and receive a completed mentor confirmation statement from a Dartmouth faculty or staff member. In order to be considered, the completed application must be received by the deadline, which is announced in early January each year.
