<p>Well, technically the HOPE is a merit scholarship. If you’re in-state and have a GPA above 3.0, your tuition is automatically free. </p>
<p>There’s the Charter, which is given to “approximately 250 incoming first-year students for demonstrated outstanding achievement in academics and criteria reflecting the Philosophy Statement for Undergraduate Admissions.” If you’re in-state, you get $1000 per year on top of the HOPE; if you’re out-of-state, you get that $1000 plus either all tuition off or half off. </p>
<p>There’s a few other, more specific ones, too, but most of these are only for in-state students. </p>
