<p>Good question. This morning’s coverage in the online ny papers is indicating that the driver is now saying that he made a mistake, but there are no details as to why. Being asleep might be one. You would think that the time of the accident would make it tough to be texting with someone else, or speaking with them, but who knows? The phone won’t lie, but I doubt that’s the reason.</p>
