Better economy, easier to find placement. Ann Arbor may be a classic college town, but Detroit, Flint, Grand Rapids, Dearborn, Kalamazoo, Saginaw… aren’t exactly thriving and bustling with job opportunities for young internationals on OPT.
For placement abroad, OP would need to know which university is better known in his/her country, or whether either university will make a difference to job prospects there.
