<p>From what I’ve read, those who were accepted recently with a scholarship don’t have to send in their mid year report and those who haven’t and have gotten the letter about not receiving the big scholarship have to, correct? I got the letter and have sent in my mid year report already. Does USC look at +/-'s?</p>
