<p>I love and respect the passion for Middlebury on this board, and it’s completely understandable… A great school (so I hear) with passionate faculty (at least the two I know who currently teach there), an impressive campus filled with impressive students, and a rich history. Wow! Who could ask for anything more? But, really, Bowdoin ain’t so bad either!..Academics and faculty which both challenge and inspire, beautiful location and scale, great housing, food, and staff, outstanding students who are friendly, laid back, and wicked smart, and impressively rich opportunities for contributing to ones field of study…All this, like being at Middlebury, add up to a profound and uniquely memorable four years!..Oh, and the quality of life there ain’t so bad, either…Or so I hear
