Midshipman Faces New Charges in Sexual Assault Case

A military jury began deliberations Monday in the court-marital of a Naval Academy midshipman, weighing the testimony of two academy students who said he forced himself on them against his claims that the encounters were consensual or not proven to be abuse.</p>
