There is a section of the midyear report where you can explain anything additional (that is, your weird scheduling format and your transitioned GPA). </p>

<p>I would… average out the grades now for the semester and when you input the grades… pretend you have a C and A in the first two quarters: </p>

<p>Biology AP C/A </p>

<p>Do that or something and be thorough with your explanation. They can refigure your GPA or judge you accordingly. </p>

<p>Your GC mentioned your scheduling format in his/her report so I wouldn’t be too concerned as long as the marks are there and you have a good explanation (thorough too).
