Military Books

Makes you wonder why he debases himself by teaching lowly Midshipmen.

I just finished reading “Imperial Grunts”. It is at times a hard read but an excellent book. It gives you a great insight into the work performed worldwide by our special forces and how that work is appreciated by the people that are served…despite what the media would have you believe.

Don’t forget “Dereliction of Duty” by my homeboy H.R. McMaster.

“Ender’s Game” -Orson Scott Card
“Starship Troopers”-Robert Heinlein(USNA Grad)

Both books were on the Commandant of the Marine Corps reading list

Marines can read?

JUST KIDDING! :D

I absolutely love Ender’s Game.

Of course, my dad tells a story about a CO he once had that required that every person in the unit take a book with them to the combat zone, to get away and relax when they had down time.
