But at the outset, no doctors wants to be involved with paperwork, and the only sports concussion clinic in the area run by a UC has doctors who refuse to get involved with providing supporting notes to set up 504 or get IEP evaluation done. It has been a nightmare to deal with the politics at medical offices, in addition to the school politicians.
Well the school covered up the incident with lies. I asked them to correct it! For heaven’s sake, it my son’s truth that they are distorting after injuring him due to utter negligence all around! They then feel threatened? So expecting truth to be recorded is a crime and I should send my kid back to school at his own peril? Nonsense! When will the school take responsibility for my kid losing his future on their campus?
Yeah, my kid is/was a gifted student, all set for top colleges until this disaster! So the top colleges do not accept 504 and IEP? Just curious. I never thought of this until now.
