Mistake when adding cumulative GPA?

Mistake(s) on college apps and will they reduce my chances of getting into an ivy?

First mistake: I accidentally put in the wrong date for my IB exams, i put 2023 when it was supposed to be 2024 and then put in my predicted grades in the ‘score section’. But I contacted the colleges and corrected the error, and said the year was supposed to be 2024, not 2023. Second mistake: I was in my country’s national curriculum during 9th and 10th grade. It is vastly different from any US high schools and we use a 1-10 grading scale which doesn’t translate to GPA. In 11th grade i switched to IB diploma and IB predicted scores also do not translate to GPA. I tried to put in N/A in common app cumulative gpa section but it didn’t let me. So i just put in my gpa that i had 11th and 12th years. I put my GPA scale reporting out of 7 and so if i have 7 7 7 7 and 6 6 in both 11th and 12th years, then my gpa is 6.6/7.
