i still have a question though
I am a south korean international student living in Canada…and for the non-tax filer statement, it says for ppl who don’t have to file U.S federal tax return…</p>
<p>isn’t it self-evident that I don’t have to file U.S. tax return? do I still have to do IDOC? </p>
<p>I am still confused with this whole IDOC thing 
First it says to sign-in (except I don’t have an IDOC account and don’t know how to create one) oh man :(</p>
<p>I hope my screwed up finaid app doesn’t affect my decision…</p>
