<p>Okay, so it’s passed 12AM as far as I can tell, and I haven’t submitted any part of my application yet because of this traffic. I’ve been trying since 10:30PM and I still can’t get to the payment page (and yes I did finish part 2 already). I hope they understand these late night submissions or else we’re screwed.</p>
