<p>I know a lot of kids in high school that cheated their way to the top. It just sucks- but what can you do?
It is scary though to think your grades can be altered. Quite honestly, now that I think about it- it probably happens a lot more commonly than we think. There are a lot of high schools in the US.</p>
<p>This actually happened in D’s HS a few years ago. They couldn’t actually prove it but, the mom/staff person was the only one with access. Because the GC left her computer on and unattended and the student’s whose grade was changed was the only one whose grade was changed and the mom of the student was the only one in the office at the time, it was pretty circumstantial, but since they couldn’t prove it, they settled for accepting the mom’s resignation, and the university took back the student’s acceptance since the GPA was not what it appeared to be. Sad for everyone but especially the child had no idea and really thought the acceptance was genuine.</p>

<p>No, that’s Huntingdon Valley, which is outside of Philadelphia. Huntingdon is near the middle of the state.</p>
<p>HudsonvAlly - I thought colleges all want SATS scores sent directly. If a school wont rescind for SATs scores that dont match – well I find that hard to beleive.</p>
