Now on the other side, Moonifieds is totally worth it. Like everything else related to university MT programs, interest is growing every year.
The kids had recorded accompaniment on their phones and used a small speaker for the small rooms (many of the auditions are in actual hotel rooms).
Reserve your hotel room early. The venue (Hilton Dallas/Park Cities) was nearly full and the Moonifieds block sells out quickly.
I canât say much about results yet, but the process was terrific and most of the auditors were really nice. I think it may be an advantage to audition relatively early for programs of interestâthat will be easier to judge retrospectively. BAL!
@MTisNutz Yes, I had friends tell me they went there and auditioned in hotel rooms. They take the beds out and it works great! Hope the outcome is good for your kid. BAL!
Looking ahead⊠Do kids typically check in on Thursday? Or do they have to arrive the day before?
@SuddenlySeeMore all depends on where youâre coming from. Check in is on Thursday and there were already some auditions on Thursday afternoon. If youâre local you could just drive up. We were from out of town so we flew in Wednesday night.
