2.999% is one WAY cool mortgage rate, congrats!
We are thrilled our son is closing a traditional 30yr fixed at 3.25% in the next few weeks…it had started at 4% and luckily drifted down during the purchase process. His first home, it will save him about $100 per month.
We’re a bit jealous, we are 3 yrs away from burn ing our 5.125% 30 yr mortgage.
