<p>We’ve been using the garlic spray for 4 years. It makes a huge difference. A large group of us in our neighborhood contract with the organic lawn care company I use for monthly spraying. It is completely nontoxic. The day it is sprayed, there is a faint smell of really bad garlic, but it disappears (except for the mosquitos - they notice it).</p>
<p>Do you have to get the entire neighborhood spray to be effective?</p>
<p>No, not at all. We just get a better price if a number of people sign up, so that they can spray all our houses on the same day. </p>
<p>It does help if a group of houses close together are all sprayed, but mosquitoes don’t travel far, and your house’s mosquito population is not affected by any but the closest neighbors.</p>
