^^mmmmm…nice, very nice. George is my favorite.

Okay. Daniel Craig is pretty nice too.

I can’t figure out if Daniel Day Lewis is very handsome or am I just blinded by his excellent acting?

:: pondering that while chasing down a copy of Brothers Bloom - thanks for the tip, EK~!::

How about Viggo Mortensen? He was the reason I was able to watch Lord of the Rings several times with my boys.

My DD is crazy about this guy…

http://gordonandthewhale.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/robdown.jpg

He’s a dad, too.

And Viggo, yes, he’s definitely my type. http://www.viggophile.net/images/a/a03.jpg

Yep…Robert Downey is nice and a great actor:

http://sloppychronicles.files.■■■■■■■■■■■■■/2010/01/robert-downey-junior-20070826-3031271.jpg

Mark Harmon – in the last 10 years. Didn’t do much for me when he was younger, but there is something about him now…

Agree with Nathan Fillion and Viggo, too. Viggo is best in long haired roles Not normally my preference in men, but it is best on him. Maybe he needs to play something where he has a little pony tail, like a Revolutionary War role or something.

And no one has mentioned Russell Crowe. I don’t have much use for his behavior off the set sometimes, but on screen he is very easy to watch.

Mark Wahlberg.

I agree- I think Robert Downey is a great actor-( will not go see the Iron man things though) and I DID NOT LIKE- that Sherlock Holmes flick at all.

But Zodiac was good- I also agree with Mark Wahlberg- Wonderful in A Perfect Storm and I liked how he connected with the families/town.

Mark Wahlberg is DEFINITELY a GREAT looking man! He is wow, no words can speak haha. But in the Happening he acted like a pu*** lol. And Robert Downey Jr. Yes he is attractive because he is an amazing actor and portrays a good character in every movie (especially after he had his drug days).

My vote for most handsome young actor is for Channing Tatum - my D has her wall covered with pics of him, can’t bear to tell her that I dated a guy that looked exactly like him in HS…

There is something about Adrian Brody for me too, just love his looks!

Also like Russell Crowe- good actor- plus he has a band!

ITA
I saw that Walk on the Moon with Diane Lane and I thought eew-

Colin Firth. Hands down. No one beats Mr. Darcy. :)

The common demominator is charisma-Viggo, Robert Downey,Jr. Harvey Keitel. . Mark Wahlberg, Russell Crowe, etc. Colin Firth, Hugh Grant.

[Gary Cooper](<a href=“DVD Savant, Glenn Erickson's Review Column at DVD Talk”>http://www.dvdtalk.com/dvdsavant/images/2163foun1.jpg), especially in The Fountainhead.

And Robert Downey Jr in [Restoration.

Oh and Colin Firth](http://archives.obs-us.com/obs/english/films/mx/rest/pics/restor02.jpg) is splendid…

Gregory Peck for me also…and Rock Hudson and in today’s world…George Clooney and Daniel Craig and John Cusack

Emeraldkity4, yes, the band! My kids roll their eyes when “Testify” comes on my iTouch on the car, but I love it!

James Stewart. It’s a Wonderful Life. He was very down to earth. He was from Indiana,Pa and came back for the 100th anniversary of the college (IUP) in 1975 with his wife Gloria when I was there. He and his wife were very gracious. He went to Princeton but seemed to always keep a great connection to his home town. There is a very nice Jimmy Stewart Museum in Indiana,Pa (lots of stuff he left to the museum). The scene with him in the bar where he asks for someone to help him is classic. Wonderful acting!

archiemom: This picture is for you Mr. Gary Cooper was very handsome.

OK, I’ll add a couple I had crushes on when I was a teen:

James Franciscus (and smart too; went to Yale with Dick Cavett!)

And Pernell Roberts when he was on Bonanza (not on that silly doc show that I don’t remember -after he got bald and fat…lol)

Ha, this reminds me of a thread not long ago on High School Life. :D
