Most offensive and bizarre magazine cover ever

I saw that cover, I didn’t think it was particularly funny, but on the other hand I didn’t find it particularly objectionable (as opposed to a tv commercial during the super bowl, featuring a kid peeing in a swimming pool…). As a representation of what such mergers do to the employees and flying public, it is pretty close to the truth…

As far as the US being puritanical, it is, but in odd ways, while sex is all over the place, you also have a society where people still have trouble talking about sex openly or discussing issues around it or in fully accepting the fact that sex is not something dirty or to be ashamed of, it is very contradictory, almost psychotically at times. It is like objections to breast feeding in public I have heard and read, where people object because it is ‘prurient’, when it is what the darn things were meant for:)

Funniest thread ever…keep em coming!! It’s a boring Monday…

Darn it, different posters on this thread have already made all of the jokes I thought up. :)

The shuttle thing reminds me of a editorial cartoon from years ago when the space shuttle had just started up. There was the shuttle mounted (innuendo unavoidable, sorry) on the 747 for the journey back to Florida with the caption “not tonight dear, I have a headache.”

Me neither…probably because the only hormones I have come out of a bottle…

Gee, I’m not usually that slow. I didn’t think anything sexual at all until I saw the headline.
