Congratulations to those who got in! We got an acceptance but very little financial aid, much less than our NPC (like the person who posted above). It is a very expensive school and has so far been the most stingy, so we will wait and see what the other schools say.

I hate to be that person but I got rejected with solid stats (4.0 unweighted 4.2 weighted) I had many extracurricular activities and my short question reflected why I wanted to study in such an empowering liberal arts school such as Mount Holyoke. I found my rejection quite surprising to say the least since I did visit the college and tour it. I do not want to undermine anyone elseās hard work getting into the school, congratulations to everyone who did thatās absolutely amazing, I just felt like I worked my butt off and Iām stuck.

D was accepted! With scholarship it is still unbelievably pricey. And no extra aid. Will see how 5 remaining decisions land. Very proud mother here!

Iām sorry for the bad news. Mount Holyoke is need aware, so if you applied for FA, especially if you needed a significant amount, that may have played a role in the decision.

I actually didnāt apply for any financial aid at all. I do have a college fund. So I know that didnāt contribute to my application. I kinda just want answers as to why my application was straight up rejected instead of deferred.

So sorry you didnāt get in. At some level these decisions are about the pool overall and are not personal But it still feels lousy! Iām sure you will get in somewhere wonderful and do great! Iām a parent and got rejected from my number one choice so I remember how that felt - but it all worked out in the end

If you have a good HS guidance counselor, they could contact admissions on your behalf.

Hello. I got into Mount Holyoke class of 2029 as an international student from Cambodia. Iām committed to the school, but I was wondering if thereās any khmer students currently studying there or had already graduated or are alumnis? I would love to get connected with them!

Hello there. Itās almost time for first-years to register. We are curious if the registration time is local South Hadley time (EST) or the local time for the student. It seems to be it would have to be EST but my DD is not sure. We want to double check since we are in a different time zone. Anyone know?
