<p>Hey natbam! Yeah, I’m staying on the list! How about you? I emailed the admissions office to see what exactly it meant (I’m int’l). The girl sent back a really sweet reply, however, I actually feel much less hopeful after reading it.</p>
<p>It sounds like the waitlist is huge. She said 90% of the applications they received were eligible for admission. I read somewhere that most colleges (although it has been denied by some) just put some people on the list as a ‘courtesy’, meaning they really liked your application, but that’s as far as your gonna get. The email was lovely…but i think it was just a courtesy one for me, unfortunately. </p>
<p>I’ll stay on the waitlist anyways. As they say over here: “if the Lord rose on the third day, anything could happen.”</p>
